Every month(ish), I show up live for Pop-Up Coaching sessions.

Here’s how it works:
You submit a question or an “I’m struggling with…” response to the survey. (See button below.)
I’ll go live on Substack video in July to respond to your questions and challenges! (The date and time will be announced in advance.) A replay will be emailed to paid subscribers immediately afterwards.

I’ll use your first name only, read your question, and offer my tips, strategies, and/or suggestions.
The live video will be available to everyone. The replay, available for paid subscribers, will remain available for six months.
One last thing: if you’re not sure how to word your question, or you feel the need to give me a lot of explanation, that’s okay. I’m usually pretty good at teasing out the issue from what might feel like rambling. Just go for it!
