I read Curtis Sittenfeld’s compelling novel Romantic Comedy about the life of a writer based on the show Saturday Night Live. Like SNL the book was compelling and topical. The book took place before and during the Covid era and just after. I loved the characters but more importantly I enjoyed recognizing the clarity in the scene structure and pacing. I also wanted to follow the story longer. There were many important questions woven into this book. In addition it was often very funny. I will look forward to rereading it as a master class soon.

Sounds like a good one, Terri! I'm adding it to my TBR list.
I really enjoyed reading Emily Griffin'd book "First Comes Love". This is a book about siblings, not a romance.
Ooh, I love sibling stories. Thanks!
